The Large Group Proposal Coordinator will prepare quotes and assist Brokers and Sales Reps with information as needed. This position may provide administrative support to others as well.

Responsibilities:

Generates proposals using various internal software and transmits to broker.

· Prepares quote requests (RFP’s)

· Responds to inquiries and requests from agents, brokers and/or carrier representatives.

· Prepares and transmits client presentations and quotes.
