We are a full service real estate development and investment corporation currently with active projects in Long Island, New Jersey, Forest Hills, and Yonkers. We are looking to hire a full time Executive Assistant/Office Manager in our Yonkers office. The qualified candidate will assist owners and project managers by scheduling meetings, handling all AR and AP and maintaining detailed records of both, obtaining insurance for all contractors, assisting with contracts, answering light phones, ordering office supplies, light, local errands, filing and other general office duties.
