Westchester mid-sized consumer product company is seeking a very bright motivated and proactive individual with strong oganizational and and communications skills--both written and verbal.
Support President and HR Manager. Handle administrative duties, schedule and attend meetings, taking notes, if required.And as well
follow up and report on projects. Run reports and handle internet research. Assist HR Manager with recruiting and on-boarding process,
and other human resource projects. Must be able to handle professionally confidential information..
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree (Communications/Business, HR related field a plus
5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and perform under deadline pressures
